The Space
Villa 99 boasts an open floor plan concept. A warm, inviting, opulently equipped kitchen flows into the dining area with dual access to the living room, with outdoor views and access. The second floor hosts the master bedroom, and its well-appointed master suite and walk-in closet, along with a 400+ sq. foot balcony facing the Caribbean Sea. The other two bedrooms on this floor all have private balcony access with glass enclosed railings. The bedroom on the first floor carries an oversized window with similar Caribbean-Sea views.
